Over Charge - Complaint lodged for the 3rd time.

Good day sir/madam I am really at my wits end with telkom and their putrid service and accounting. I've tried to resolve this overcharge issue for the past year, to no avail. If this problem is not resolved before I receive my next bill, telkom can keep their service and cancel my contract. R600 a month might not be much to you, but for some of us it is what gets us to the end of the month. I would like to refer you to the two below complaints. I refer you to this HelloPeter report below. I am still having issues with the billing. Please resolve. Good Day Sir/Madam I am having some billing problems with my telkom mix account. When I took out the deal, I had to make an initial R3000 payment to get my device and this is reflected no where on my bill. It was 3 months ago that I took out this deal. Ever since then, I am being charged twice for the device. That's R600 extra every month. I am having difficulty paying my account because of the extra charge. Every time I try and delay the payment and visit you store or call your call centre to resolve the issue, but that is to no avail. You then go ahead and cut off my land line because THE ACCOUNT IS NOT PAID, this forces me to then pay my account. This is daylight ***. I would appreciate someone getting back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue, or I will have to take further action. Sincerely Disgruntled Telkom Customer
