Over charge and humiliating service,Telkom is the worst company ever

Bad customer service and overcharging customers by doing overdrafts on our accounts,Telkom has now overcharged me for the past 4months and don't want to close my account instead keep adding an owing amount so I get blacklisted,iam a struggling human with a child and family to feed but every month Telkom charges me over R700 for data I signed for which was initially R370 rand but I now pay R700 or more all the time,iam realy hurt and hate how Telkom treats their customers
