***** Over Charge

I have called Telkom because they they dont debit my account on agreed date and they send my details to debot collectors while they are the ones that didnt debit. secondly i called them and cancelled my services, they didnt record my cancellation and i told them they over charged me, the girl who was assisting me Mathapelo Mokoena transfered my call to a different department and when i called again and asked for a supervisor Sandile Ndaba another agent kept me on hold until the call got cut. Such poor service and ***** . You will pay my money i promise you.
