Over billing, pathetic customer service

Worst service provider

Their service is beyond terrible. Despite numerous calls and queries logged over the past 6 months to address incorrect billing, no correction was made. Customer service constantly drops calls . Was forced to go in-store and once again given the run about. The worst service provider with appalling/more like non existing customer care.
