OVER BILLING COUPLED WITH LIES...

I have 3 closed contracts with telkom, none of these contracts has a month payment of more than R900. At most combined for all 3 contracts i should not be paying more tha R2500. But to my suprise this month i was billed more than R3500. I went to the telkom branch in wonderpark the lady took my number and said the billing department will call me back before 7pm. They did not call. I took matters into my on hands and called them. I was put on hold for +/-45 minutes which me a lot of airtime because i was not calling frm a telkom number. They ripped me off...**** to me and left me hanging. They dont even send a billing statement. I NEED ANSWERS IF I DNT I WILL TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER UNTIL I GET MY ANSWERS
