Over billing

Telkom is such a *******, my modem R269, with the lockdown no pay I didn't pay, so now when I pay they want R2890 how can a bill go up so high in 2 months with out using it, that is not normal for any business to rob people daily. I'm totally disgusted with Telkom service and I want this cancelled immediately
