Over billing
In September 2014 I app**** for the telkom mobile 1Gig contract. I haven't used it since and when I used it on the 2/3/2015 and 3/3/2015 for 2 hours each day a message came up sstating that my 1Gig has been used up. I don't download anything, just go onto Facebook and play the games there. I used to have MTN pre paid and a 1Gig lasted me for a month an a half. So, now I want to know how can Telkom be finished in 2 days totalling 4 hours!!! I did send them a message with no reply from them. Maybe they are so expensive to compensate for the Telkom to Telkom perks!!!
