Over Billing
A contract i have with them is supposed to deduct a R100 as per contract agreement , R297 instead is deducted for extra costs that include BB services?<br> <br> The phone model doesn't allow for this. I want it reduced back to what was agreed , a full refund on what I have paid extra.
