Over a Year old account nobody bothered to sort it

My partner got a phone last year with a contract with 8ta. But the debit order never went of so he phoned and gave them his bank details telling them to take it off. They said they would. It never happened. He phoned again and it again never happened and again and so on. So now we are sitting with a bill for data (He cant even use because the sim was cut off) We go into telkom at the mall no they don't deal with accounts they cant help us. I try online no i cant access the sim its cut off so what now??? My partner gets a bad name because you guys make it impossible to pay ? We haven't had any invoices in months nothing. How is it so hard to take a payment off his account ? Why must we CHASE u guys to try and have a phone contract paid???? <br> <br> Its ridiculous !!!
