OVER A YEAR AND STILL NO DELIVERY

Around November 2014 I signed up for a lenovo laptop contract with Telkom mobile which included a laptop bag.Upon collecting the laptop from Trade Route Mall, the consultant there checked the bag and we both discovered that the laptop does not fit in the bag , as the bag is too small.<br> I left the shop without the laptop bag , as she said she will send it back to Telkom and inform them about the bag.<br> With numerous phone calls and visiting the shop a few times , still no bag.<br> Its over a year now and i'm still waiting for the bag.<br>
