Over a Month and still Waiting for Technicians to Install my Landline

Its been a Month and still my landline is not installed. I am very disappointed with Telkoms customer service. I have ordered a Landline for my Residences, a Consultant has told me that a technician has said that the cables have to be replaced and it will take 14 working Days to be solved. However 14 working days are long gone and i had NO response from telkom. When i phoned in again the consultant told me it could take up to 6 Months to install my line and was very unhelpful towards me. I think its very unacceptable and doesnt create a good image for telkom as they are not concerned about their customers. Telkoms standards have really dropped and i am very disappointed that i have to beg to install a service that i will be paying for. Telkoms needs to tell me if install my landline.
