over a month and still waiting for feed back

<p>i worte to complain about contacts takes for ever to get approved but now it seem like telkom takes forever to investigate and give feed back. i got a reply from Kegan were he stated that he will investigate and get back to me but now he is takeing forever. honestly now i cant wait for my one contact to be over with telkom and move to vodacom were i have my other contacts</p> <p> </p> <p>kegan however i would still like to get an reply from you and what is the out come so far with your investigation taking over a month .the refernce no which i have is Al ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
