Over 8 Weeks and Still No Aerial for Uncapped LTE

<p>Ordered online with Telkom. Got a fairly speedy response and they delivered the modem and SIM for the uncapped LTE.......however.......the poles that were supposed to be delivered and fitted to act as an aerial were not. Here I sit. Probably over 10 contacts made with Telkom and STILL nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife even tried a Telkom shop today whose amazing response was THEY'D SEND ANOTHER EMAIL.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disgusted and am paying for 20mbps Uncapped LTE........what I actually have is 10mbps Uncapped LTE and a service provider who are quite capable of CHARGING ME but not installing their own darn product.</p>
