Over 5 months and still no WiFi from Telkom.

I recently moved to White River in Mpumalanga and have been trying to get WiFi from Telkom since at least December last year. I have been patient up until now but waiting over 5 months for WiFi seems a bit ridiculous. Every time Telkom is close to installing the WiFi modem another story seems to appear. Today, they were coming to install and then there was an error with the communal box down the road. In December, we app**** for ADSL and the entire process was just about done, when installation was meant to happen no one showed. We then had to run after Telkom only to be told our order had been cancelled and we were back at the bottom of the queue. This happened 3 times before we were told ADSL is no longer an option. Here we sit waiting, yet again, for Telkom because no other company will provide WiFi in our area.
