Over 45min waiting for consultant on customer careline

<p>You cannot have THAT long of a delay especially on a customer careline.</p> <p>It's pathetic and horrible service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Cherry on the cake was...</p> <p>"Sorry, there's nothing we can do"</p> <p>After all that time!
