OVER 2 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING

Good day,<br> My Samsung tablet was sent in for repairs on 16 February. I managed to get a quote for repairs on 16 March and payment for this was done immediately.<br> They've had my tablet going into month 3 now and nobody can tell me when i will get it back.<br> I am still of course being charged for this contract without having use of it - taken from my account every month as usual.<br> If you cannot repair it, can someone please rather just give my money and tablet back so that I can take it to someone who can in fact repair it.
