Over 10 days still waiting for resolution of incident raised a number of times!!

Worst service ever!!! I have 4 contracts and 1 LTE uncapped deal to think this would help get proper service from Telkom, it doesn't!!.

I did a sim swap over two weeks ago and all off a sudden my number cannot receive calls, when people call me it says "number doesn't exist". I called Telkom soon as I realized this to be met with *********** stuff who doesn't even know how to solve the problem. I was told there's nothing they can do and I must just wait for 9 days. I waited and 9 days later they decided to close my call without fixing my issue. I call again today and I am told my call was closed which baffles me as how does a call get closed without resolution of incident?

I am taking this to the ombudsman as I have been paying for a service that has not been fully rendered. This is ridiculous.
