Over 1 hour on the phone
I am literally going crazy holding that phone waiting for someone to answer. I cannot do it anymore!!! They can go through my records I have spent so many nights in the last 2 weeks phoning and I just never get through before the call centre closes. Now I have spent my entire morning (Over 1h and 15min) on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I cannot do it anymore I am really going crazy. Telkom please hear me and follow up with my query PLEASE PLEASE!!! I just want to cancel my account. It is a simple process PLEASE!!!
