Outstanding service from Tumelo and Nhlakanipho

Call centre agent Nhlakanipho Nala, thank you very much for your patience and outstanding customer service, you were not the first agent I called for assistance, you remained calm and walked me through the steps on what to do. When we tried everything you promised to call me back and gave me a ref number, Tupelo Ramahuya called a few days later trying to get hold of me without success and finally she found me, to check if everything is okay, so I bought airtime and to find out that the issue I had was long resolved, Telkom needs more workers like this, they should be recognized for their outstanding service they give customers, most telkom agents answer phones with attitude and ove had cases where they release calls while I'm talking, or having negative energy early in the morning from a lazy agent. Jeep up the good work Tumelo and Nhlakanipho and God richly bless you, I'm staying on telkom because of the best service I received.
