Outstanding Service from Telkom.

I have just received excellent service from Telkom. I reported a fault at 11:15 this morning. My line was dead and I did not expect this to be fixed quickly. Well I was contacted almost immediately by an Openserve technician. He was at my house within an hour of my reporting the fault. My line was dead due to a lightening strike. All was resolved by 13:15, only 2 hours after I reported the problem. Thanks Telkom for your prompt response. It's great to when one gets outstanding service when it was not anticipated!!
