To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I would just like to compliment Telkom on their call centre department( Business division). Our company has recently requested to move our Telkom lines to a new premises & were pleasantly surprised with the service we've received. I can't remember the call centre agent's name but she was very helpful and efficient. Your call centre procedure has definitely changed, the agents are prompt and ready to assist. This is the type of service that pleases consumers especially business owners as our time is limited and we need quick results in order to continue our line of business.
