OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Telkom used to have a reputation of bad service. NOT ANYMORE!!!! The response is so efficient and so fast, and they are so professional. What happened was that a couple of technicians came to my place to look at the fault on my new installed line, well let me just say they were a few bad apples as they refused to look at my fault and cited a pending new convert order being the reason. I called Telkom, and the lady who i unfortunately forgot her name made sure that she got to the bottom of that, taking my story as a detective. When i got home i find my internet connected. All i can say is that the Leopard does indeed change it's spots. Thank you Telkom.
