Outstanding Service

I taking a moment here to congratulate one of your employees at your telkom molbile branch in the midlands mall. Who went the extra mile for a customer its a service like this that encourage a customer to came back again. She realised the frustration of her customer having to keep coming back due to out of stock issue on a deal. She however assisted the me with another selection and resolved it with in the day. Even though they were out of stock on the modem which wasn't a issue as she assured me they will have stock of it with in that week. I was more interested in getting the laptop so I could start using it for my studies. In short I was able to get the laptop with to collect the modem later. Thanks to you employee putting the costomer needs first.
