Outstanding for poor service!

Kuraisha of Telkom came to my office on 15/02/2019 and assured me I could upgrade from a 4mbps to a 10mbps line speed. It is 1 month later and I have not heard from Telkom, neither is Kuraisha taking my calls nor is my line upgraded. She was also going to find out why my landline cannot receive calls from cellphones. They always ready sweet talk you to make a sale but have no idea how to handle after sales service. Never again will I make the mistake of giving my business to Telkom.
