Outstanding Client Experience

I’d like to send a shout out to Phindile Mnguni, her customer service skills are impeccable. I called Telkom mobile irate and annoyed; However, she managed to calm me down and provide clarity to my problem without losing her temper, or getting annoyed by the tone of my voice. She treated me to the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I could have sworn we were friends at the end of the call, that’s how amazing she was. Phindile Mnguni definitely deserves a raise and a bells or Savanna 😌.
