Outstanding bill

I asked this Company to move house services as i was moving to a new place over 2 months no word from them. I have been to their store in Tableview mall several times but nothing was happening i then found a different provider that took 5 days for the installation. Now am being bombarded by Telkom with relling me that 8 owe them i dont owe them 1 Rand. Am so dissapointed.
