Outstanding Balance Dispute

Please stop harassing me with SMSs of an outstanding balance this was paid in full and I requested a paid up letter which was promised to be sent within 30 days but I still haven’t received it, funny enough all the statement you send via email reflect a zero outstanding balance so what do you want? Please clear this and my name I’m sick and tired of this
