Outrageous customer service agents

This review is solely for the customer service agents…in all my years on earth dealing with service providers I can confidently say that Telkom has the WORST call centre agents. They are highly condescending and sarcastic and outright rude it’s outrageous!!I have logged two complaints this year against different agents and none of those complaints have been attended to..Telkom as a service provider I’m fine with but their agents???because of them,I am shopping for a new service provider and would never recommend to Telkom even to my cat!
