Outrageous BIS Throttling
I have been with 8ta for a while now, and I remember when they throttled me after 5gb of usage per month. Now I'm getting throttled for browsing alone, I'm hardly downloading anything!!! Its like they throttle you after using 500mb per month. And the throttled speeds are so bad that some websites won't even open. This is getting ridiculous!!!
