Outrage Over Shocking Telkom Mobile Service

Dear Telkom Mobile,

I am beyond fed up with the disgraceful service from your Accounts Department and so-called Customer Care line. I’ve wasted hours on hold for days with zero help or feedback. This is completely unacceptable and shows blatant disrespect for your customers.

Sort out my account issue immediately and explain why your support is so utterly broken. I expect a response within 48 hours—no more delays.
