Outlook not connecting to Telkom server

For the past three weeks I have had trouble with my outlook account, I phone Telkom every second day to ask for help because my imap account does not connect with their servers. I even took my laptop to a company to help me. This morning when I phoned again I was told by the consultant that according to their system my complaint was resolved even though nobody phoned me and I still can't send or receive emails. When I asked her what I should do she said that I should sent an email to Telkom …….. I can't sent emails that is my problem, she then said to me that it is not her problem and I should decide if I want to vent or complain. When I told her I am thinking of going to a different service provider she even gave me the steps to leave Telkom
