Out of stock-Poor Service

I went to Telkom at Menlyn shopping centre, to get HAUWEI Mate 7, they told me that they do not have it in stock and I should order it and they will call me when they get it. it's been almost two weeks now I haven't received any call from them after I have ordered the phone and the worst part is that they do not know the time frame of when they will get it or maybe transfer me to someone who I can contact and ask when the will get the stock . My worry is what if I wait forever for the phone
