Out of stock, No feedback, no communication! Empty promises

Good afternoon,

I placed an order online for a new contract on top of the ones I already have, I have always been pleased with the in store service I recieved, but this time it is a nightmare!

The money for the contract was already deducted on the 29th of September, I recieved an sms saying they are out of stock, so last week Monday the 15th of October I got a call saying that they still dont have stock and would like to offer me another deal, so I changed deals and delivery was promised in the same week still. On Wednesday the 17th, I again got an sms saying they are out of stock. This is shocking, how can you make promises and then again run out of stock? This is rediculous. I am very disapointed in Telkom Mobile as they have only been good to me in the past. Tried calling 3 times today, no answer.

I would appreciate any feedback, and also then cancel the new contract, as this is pathetic!
