Out of stock for weeks

I app**** and was approved for the P 20 mate pro deal. Since then I still have not received the phone. I received a message saying “your Telkom application has been approved and I have got the stock you can come collect any time today”, that day I couldn’t collect the phone as I was at work, went to the store on weekend and I was told that the lady who was helping me was not in. went to the store again during the week as I was not getting any feedback. I was told that they out of stock, what must happen now, must I keep waiting? I’m still going to get the phone?
