out of stock for so long

I app**** for a LTE Wi-Fi router 4 weeks ago. They still have no stock. This was an urgent application for our business and we are still waiting. No one even contact us to keep us up to date with the situation. I go to the shop every week and walk away without answers. They simply cannot tell my how long I still need to wait. Imagine how long a ADSL line would take. I am now considering this, thinking it may be quicker. This product is on special offer. But they cannot supply the goods. If I go to another service provider for the same package it will cost me double the price
