Out of Stock Deal, Bad service

I app**** for the big deal at Sandton City only on the 4th of March only to be told that there is no stock after wasting my whole lunch hour. The blonde girl and the guy with Mohawk took my forms I was assured that there would stock on the Wednesday. to cut a long and very annoying story short, after being shunted around for almost 2 weeks being assured that the stock is there its just a matter of delivery, I was informed by the clueless girl that people before me were given preference when infact I was told that the stock got finished that morning on the day. my friend that I came with did get her device. I am currently with Vodacom and have 3 lines with them, I was looking to port all my lines to Telkom plus this deal. After the horrible service at this shop I am cutting my losses. I am sure CellC will be able to accommodate me. I have never in my life experienced such bad service. its actually so annoying, I was practically at the shop everyday single day. The blonde girl pretended as though she didn't even know me when she was the one to assist me.
