Out of stock but paying for the device

app**** for a \Big Deal\" contract that includes J1 Ace and a 5GB MiFi on the 2 March 2016, however the MiFi device was out of stock and the consultant only gave me the J1 phone promised to call me as soon as the device is available. I've been to the shop 3 times already the device is still not available. But strange enough today I received an invoice billing the normal price for both devices. Customer care cannot justify this and the Telkom Shop in wonderpark don't have answers, they cant even pick it up on the system, its like the consultant took the device for himself.... isn't that *****!!. I regret the day I ported my MTN number to Telkom their service sucks big time"
