Out of stock at the warehouse for Macbook Air 13inch

Good day,

I have app**** for Macbook Air 13inch at Woodlands Mall's telkom store on 27th January 2018 and I was approved. I was told that there is no stock and it will be ordered from the warehouse. I went there again after two weeks to ask about the availability of stock and I was told they are no devices at the warehouse and that I should wait for another week. I am still waiting even now. My question is why telkom is advertising devices they don't have?
