Out of stock and still advertizing

Good day<br> <br> I've taken a new contract on the 24 September 2015 on a advertised phone Huawei P8 light on smart plan 100 with unlimited data from September to March 2016,100 minutes only to be told there is no stock in KZN but Telkom is still advertising,<br> I tried calling the branch for feed back its goes to voice mail and mail box is full. After some assistance from friends I manage to contact the manager of the store on her cell phone who informed me she will try to get stock from other branches ,they also have no stock.<br> <br> So is this false advertising \advertising items you don't have"<br> How long do I wait?<br> Ricky Reddy<br> """
