Out of Stock and phone not answered

HelloPeter,<br> <br> I app**** for 2 phones with Telkom at the Menlyn branch and I still have not heard anything from them by now.<br> <br> I was told that the phones will be delivered within 2 weeks and its been almost 3 weeks now. It seems it is a common Telkom problem not to answer their phones and they are not willing to solve this problem.<br> <br> I lost count of how many times and days I tried to call them without any answer.<br> <br> I went to the Kolonade Telkom branch on Sunday and at least the lady who help me was honest and told me they never keep stock in store.<br> <br> My complaint is that Telkom should answer their phones and be honest about the time frame it takes to receive stock because that way you have a choice as a customer to apply for the same phone with another supplier, instead of waiting for something that you are not sure if will ever be delivered.
