Out of Stock and No response

This is so disappointing, why is Telkom false advertising offers of a MacBook Air on their booklets and website but turn around and tell you they have exhausted all means to get the MacBook Air but rather take a Lenovo after making you wait for a month and a half?<br> <br> I have inboxed Telkom so many times and it's always the same automated response we will escalate it for you yet to date no one has ever called me. My application was successful and was promised a MacBook Air and I specifically asked for it for specific reasons and after making me wait for so long I get an email that informs me to get a Lenovo rather, why are you false advertising setting peoples hopes up and disappoint them like this? your customer service is appalling to say the least, I have made so many attempts to get my issue resolved but was met with cold responses and no service.<br> <br> A Month and a half and for you to tell me this? I look at your timeline and feed and the complaints are the same and in all of them service related yet no one cares to make a change or help out your customers?<br> <br> What am I to do now? well I know this complaint is going to fall on deaf ears as well and it will be business as usual, typical.
