Out of Stock Always!

I have ordered 3 different devises form www.telkom.co.za in the past 6 months and when they call you back it is always the same story, we are out of stock. Or they are not sure that they have in another department. And my all-time favourite is what happened today. Called into 10213 waited on the call for 10 min to speak to a consultant for an order I placed on Tuesday. To be told they are out of stock. Wanted to speak to the manager, another 10 min and then they cut the call, no call back to apologise or anything. It is horrid. If you do not have stock do not put it on your website.
