Out Of Stock

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service. For the past 6 months I have been trying to get information about stock of a particular product but each and everytime no one could assist or if I spoke to someone there would never be stock available. No stock for 6 months?????? Get your act together Telkom because you are losing so much business due to bad customer service.
