Out of Service
Can’t complain about the service at Telkom because they do not have any service. My cellphone contracts have been cancelled more than a week ago, without any notice nobody at Telkom can tell me why and they cannot assist. They keep on telling me that they will call me back but nobody does. As I am still paying for a service that I do not have.

Thanks for the reply, but how many reference numbers and escalations further are Telkom going to give me? As I am already 2 weeks out of service and I receive a bill from over the R10 000.00 that I assume is for my handsets, I did not cancel my contracts so I am not going to pay for that all I want is that my contracts is being reinstated as what it was before the 17.02.2018. This is a very big inconvenience for me.
