Out of order telephone

<p>My elderly friend has been without a telephone for over seven weeks already. This has been reported to Telkom over and over again, and each time it is reported we are told that a complaint has been logged but nothing happens. The line was fixed and worked for three days before being out of order again. The line refered to here is ********** . This line belongs to an elderly lady who is on oxygen and needs a telephone in case of an emergency.</p>
