Out of order since 19th December
Ref 373CRK230316<br> My line has been faulty since the 19th of December 2015 when we first reported it. It was restored for a short time and then has been out of order again. We report it, then receive the SMS to say it has been restored when it has not and just have to report it again and again. The result is that our alternate landline account has soared and I now want to be refunded not only for rent but for calls as well. We are looking at alternate options. After being a Telkom customer for all this time this kind of treatment is unacceptable!!!!!
