Out of Order land line

Since July I have had not telephone . During August it was fixed but I could not hear as there was a very loud crackling noise for either outgoing or incoming calls, as well as the call being ended during the conversation. I went to the Cresta office on the 26 August reference number ***8 telling them I still had no phone service but had to pay for it. Again the line was fixed and was clear while talking to the technician but subsequently the crackling persisted. I complained again and given reference no 916CRK211015. I was phoned on 23 October by the technician and while talking to me it cut out and he did not call back. I just hear a buzzing sound and cant use my telephone. I need my phone please help.
