Out of order for 6 weeks

<p>My mother's phone line has been out of order for 6 weeks without any resolution in sight. No one does up to let her know what is happening or when it will be fixed. After numerous calls, still nobody can give any feedback. This is being ridiculous, even more so for a concert patient who relies so much on a phone line for contact. </p>
