I went this morning to Lakeside mall to follow up on an order that was originally placed on-line, Nthabiseng followed up on this order although on-line orders is separate from in-store orders. She got the matter escalated and I wasn't even home yet and things started to happen positively regarding the order. Got a email and tracking number. <br> <br> Now that is what I call great customer service. Wished I didn't started the process on-line and rather went to Telkom Direct and Nthabiseng in the first place. Professional and friendly.<br> <br> Thank you also to all the other people who got involved, Renzo & Peter.<br> <br> Your restored my trust in Telkom and good people :)
