Our Telkom line is on the ground

A truck snagged our low hanging telkom line and knocked over the pole on the 16/11. The line was suspended over our fence temporarily but was snagged again today. Daily requests to Telkom have yielded no results. Telkom are you waiting for the cable to be damaged before you fix it. This will be a far bigger job than it is now. Come on, fix it please before we have no service. The incident happened on the 16th. The Ref No is ***. Thanks for helping
